Q: How long will it take to ship my merch?

Shipping times vary depending on where you are but generally take between 1-3 weeks. Our products ship from California in the US, so the farther you are from there, the longer they will take. 

Q: Do you ship internationally (outside the U.S)?

Yes! We do ship outside the U.S.! The shipping price is higher as it is international shipping, and delivery may take a little longer, but you will automatically get tracking on your order! We are testing out a new international service that we are liking so far, all tracking numbers that start with AHOY can be searched on this service here. Prices should also convert to your local currency when you pay with Paypal.

Q: An item(s) I want isn't for sale/or is out of stock, will they come back?

We are happy for your interest in any particular item(s) and if there is popular enough request, we can bring back items that are out of stock! We are also continuously working on new items to improve the shop anyway we can.

Q: It's been [more than 2 weeks] and my shipment hasn't arrived?

If your shipment has not arrived, please contact us through the site! We read and answer every email and are dedicated to making sure you will receive your shipment!
